Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods, operating Pizza Hut in Goodyear, AZ, seeks a Shift Leader to run great shifts with a self-sufficient approach. You will lead the team in culture, best practices, and day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will train and coach teammates, ensure accuracy of orders, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a positive guest experience. This role emphasizes ownership mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to sweep and mop floors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand for long periods during shifts.
