Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner under the Restaurant General Manager. You will own the shift, solve problems, and lead the team in culture, best practices and day-to-day operations.

As a Shift Leader, you will ensure customer needs are the priority, supervise tasks, uphold food safety and quality, and train Team Members while maintaining a positive, fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check criteria.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to sweep and mop floors.
• Able to lift, carry up to 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking for 90% of shift.

• Maintain employees' appearance neat and clean.
• Prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints quickly.

• Provide feedback and training to Team Members per RGM.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee food preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
