Taco Bell is seeking a confident Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team, coach Team Members, and own shift results. You’ll lead with energy, resolve guest concerns, and partner with the management team to meet brand standards.

In this role you’ll ensure food safety, oversee orders, manage cash handling, schedule labor, and support hiring and training. Excellent communication and reliability are a must, with a passion for serving guests and upholding Taco Bell culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Reliable transportation and attendance reliability

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC Success Routine
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive guest relations
• Provide feedback to GM on Team Member performance
• Assist with hiring and training of Team Members
• Support Profit & Loss management through cash control and labor policies

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
