Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations and supervise the team on a shift-by-shift basis. You will coach staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and deliver legendary guest experiences.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and upholding service standards in a fast-paced, counter-service environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Food handling certification required
• 2+ years restaurant or quick-service experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Authorized to work in United States

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably, you have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
