Responsibilities

In this role, you would oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers
• Achieving targets and helping departments meet goals
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical functions
