Responsibilities

In this role, you would oversee shifts weekly and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers also play a key role in running great restaurants by:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards
• Communicating effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for successful shifts
• Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical functions
