Shift Manager – Part‑Time

Job Description

• Essential front‑line management for the movie theater, assisting the general manager in guest services, team member coaching and training, cash management and general support of theater operations.
• Cross‑training in cast member duties, facility opening and closing routines and procedures, cash management, and team member management is provided to all Shift Managers.
• Providing oversight of the operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theater.
• Overseeing deposits and money handling initiatives.
• Opening and closing the theater for the start or end of a business day.
• Providing an excellent guest experience by proactively and reactively addressing guest concerns.
• Managing team members to ensure essential tasks are completed and guests receive exceptional service.
• Troubleshooting issues and communicating with leadership to improve the theater.
• Serve as a liaison with the GM to the corporate office in coordinating marketing and sales activities.
• Working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old.
