Job summary

McDonald’s in Ramseur, NC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew scheduling, supervise operations, and uphold guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll mentor team members, enforce food safety and cleanliness, manage safety, inventory, and profitability, and drive performance through training and ownership.
