Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking Managers In Training to advance to Shift Manager roles. You’ll motivate and lead a team to WOW customers while maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory food-service experience, a High School Diploma, reliable transportation, and full-time availability. Night and weekend flexibility is essential.

Job description

All hires must have open availability, meaning open 7:30-4, close 4-11 pm Mondays - Sundays.. 7 days a week and 1-2 current years experience as a shift manager in a restaurant setting.

Starting pay $17.00 an hour plus electronic tips which pays out $2.00 more an hour making your hourly rate $19.00 an hour or more, depending on location.

We are recruiting Managers In Training to become Five Guys Burgers and Fries Shift Managers. Managers at Five Guys are an important part of the restaurant leadership team. Use your ability to motivate, teach and lead your team to WOW our customers while creating an environment your team enjoys working in.

We have several locations in greater part of Cincinnati and Kentucky. If you have up to 1-2 years of current fast-casual supervisory dining experience and enjoy shoulder‑to‑shoulder teaching, never cut corners, and lead by example, then this is the job for you!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment, such as shift lead, shift manager
