Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in Colorado. This leadership role focuses on overseeing daily operations, including food prep, service, and maintaining cleanliness.

You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive sales while meeting financial targets. The position requires at least 2 years in a supervisory role within Food/Hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures

Shift Manager Compensation Range: $17 - $18.50 / hour.
