Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, the largest Arby’s franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales. You will oversee food prep, service, and cleanliness while coaching team members.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory role in food/hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets

• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
