Flynn Arby’s in Colorado is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold quality standards.

This role is in a fast-paced dining environment requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
