Job summary

Scooter's Coffee in Grand Rapids is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift, coach baristas, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and keep the customer experience top-notch.

This role emphasizes leadership development, a fast-paced culture, and opportunities to grow within a growing brand while you help deliver great coffee and a positive workplace.

• Run the shift and keep operations flowing.

• Running the shift and keeping everything flowing smoothly
• Coaching baristas in real time (without making it weird)

• Completing prep work and operational tasks
• Managing cleaning and daily checklists
• Jumping in wherever needed when the rush gets absolutely unhinged (lol)
