Position Overview

The Restaurant Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products, following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. You will enhance the customer experience while assisting with management responsibilities alongside the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years supervisory experience in Fast Food or Retail preferred
• Successful background check
• Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location; fluency in English may be required for certain stations
