Steak ’n Shake in Florida is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring strong openings and closings and delivering fast, friendly service. You will set the tone, coach team members, and uphold brand standards for cleanliness and food safety.

The role requires reliability, a servant-leadership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. US work authorization and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

• Ensure brand standards are met for cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening/closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
