Wendy's is seeking a Shift Manager to train and supervise crew, enforce food safety, interact with customers, and manage costs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, restaurant experience, and the ability to lead a team with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED (some college a plus).
• One or more years' restaurant experience.

Supervision & Training Elements

Supervises open/close during non-service hours

Provide work direction and addresses crew performance problems

As directed by unit manager, assists in training and cross-training in positional skills

Monitors product quality and store cleaning plan and takes corrective action when necessary

Monitors positional and service line organization and service times

Controls

• Follows flow charts, prep projections, and “build to” charts
• Controls food cost and monitors labor and recommends corrective action where necessary

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude and efficient working pace
