Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking energetic Shift Managers for our local Kwik Star store. You will delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer issues, and model outstanding service while leading a team to achieve daily goals and maintain store standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range with profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k. Previous retail experience preferred, and physical job demands apply.

Job description

Location: Kwik Star 1708
Full Pay Range: $16.99to$23.79
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our Shift Managers delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot register or transaction issues, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis
