Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its locations. This role oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, hires and trains staff, and schedules 20-60 coworkers, with duties in kitchen operations as needed.

The position emphasizes food safety, inventory control, P&Ls, ordering, and maintaining a clean, inviting store. Leadership, people skills, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Leadership Experience: None
Full Pay Range: $52,000.00to$79,100.00

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Schedule

Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
