Job summary

Dunkin is hiring a Shift Manager in Erving, MA. You will lead a shift, coach crew, and ensure top-notch guest service while keeping operations running smoothly and safely on a fast-paced store floor.

We welcome a positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to multitask across food prep, inventory, cash handling, and customer care. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team to deliver guest service.
• Keep store operations running smoothly including prep, inventory, and cash handling.

What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service

• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash

• Train and coach crew members to be their best

• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
