The Shift Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of each shift in the restaurant. The incumbent will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising restaurant staff, and problem-solving on the job. This person will be expected to provide excellent customer service and will be a strong teammate to our franchise partner.
