Position Overview

The Shift Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of each shift in the restaurant. The incumbent will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising restaurant staff, and problem-solving on the job. This person will be expected to provide excellent customer service and will be a strong teammate to our franchise partner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction during their visit, making it a top priority.
• Complete all daily paperwork, including red book information, shift inventories, and other necessary documentation to ensure profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Enforce all brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times, treating all employees with dignity and respect.
• Train staff in proper operations, POS systems, back-of-house functions, customer service, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills with all hourly associates.
• Availability to cover all shifts during normal operating hours.
• Previous restaurant management experience required.
