Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover.
• Meet targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals.
• Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, ensure food safety, train staff, and schedule crew.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• 18 years or older (eligible for corporate‑owned and operated restaurants).
