McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager at a local franchisee-owned restaurant to oversee daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will manage crew schedules, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety standards.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you'll:
