Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

The role involves coaching, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, daily reporting, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. You will foster a positive, team-oriented culture and contribute to celebrations with guests.
