Note: Candidates must be available for various shifts, including early mornings starting at 6am and late nights ending at 12:30am.

We are seeking passionate entry-level leaders eager to collaborate, lead, and excel daily! This role involves coordinating and troubleshooting the daily activities of customer service employees, alongside store management duties and projects. Through these responsibilities, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of our values, business metrics, and operations, often acting as a liaison across store departments during day and night shifts. You will lead and develop a team of customer service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage store operations independently during day and night shifts, serving as a key leader and liaison among teams and departments; responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.
  2. Partner with department managers to prioritize and delegate tasks, ensuring efficient front-end and checkout operations, monitoring traffic, and managing checkout lanes to minimize customer wait times.
  3. Oversee performance of customer service team members, providing training, resources, feedback, and development opportunities.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and employees, embodying our values and standards throughout the store.
  5. React promptly to operational challenges, collaborating with store leadership to resolve issues.
  6. Lead or participate in special projects aimed at fostering team cohesion and enhancing company culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in food service, grocery, or retail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle interruptions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with computers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new situations and topics.
