We are seeking passionate entry-level leaders eager to collaborate, lead, and excel daily! This role involves coordinating and troubleshooting the daily activities of customer service employees, alongside store management duties and projects. Through these responsibilities, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of our values, business metrics, and operations, often acting as a liaison across store departments during day and night shifts. You will lead and develop a team of customer service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
