Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth shift transitions. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their Departments achieve goals.
