Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in Barnegat Township, NJ is seeking a Team Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, ensuring guests receive friendly service and food that meets Taco Bell standards.

You will lead Team Members, address customer concerns with a smile, reinforce cash handling and safety policies, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment. This role offers opportunities to grow within a franchisee organization that sets its own wage and benefits.

Job description

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit
