Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations and support the management team on a shift-by-shift basis. You will coach crew, ensure smooth service, and uphold Dunkin' standards while delivering a friendly guest experience.

The ideal candidate has previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, plus strong time management and attention to detail. You must be at least 18 and ready to work flexible hours. Dunkin' is an equal opportunity employer.
