Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store in Georgia. You will lead a team, oversee shift operations, and ensure great customer service while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Weekly pay, training, flexible schedules, and employee discounts are offered to help you grow within the role. You will supervise 3–30 staff per shift, handle cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and ensure compliance with grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (3–30 people) during shifts.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check (MVR).
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate products per recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver product by vehicle from store to customer safely.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from customer perspective to back room.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
