Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Supervisor- Warehouse Distribution to lead the shift in shipping, loading, receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.

You will interview, hire, train, plan, assign, direct work, coordinate all shipping/receiving and transportation, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while enforcing time approvals and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shipping/receiving operations.
• Ability to lead a shift and manage inventory.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift in shipping, loading, receiving and storage operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and productivity targets are met.
• Maintain safety and a clean work environment.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan and direct work.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and transportation activities.
• Oversee inventory control and product rotation.
• Approve timekeeping and manage schedules.
