This is an entry-level structured training program, designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful completion will lead to an interview or placement as a team leader.

What will I do?

1. Maintain company standards on merchandising, emphasizing quality, freshness, and product uniqueness.
2. Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers about products.
3. Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and suggest meal options.

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery, or retail.
• Computer skills.

• Experience leading a team.

Work Environment

The physical demands include walking, standing (up to 4 hours), repetitive movements, occasional heavy lifting (up to 50+ pounds), bending, reaching, and working in cold, wet conditions. Assistance is available for heavy items. Exposure to allergens is possible. The environment is indoors, with temperature ranges of 33-55°F.
