Starting Pay: $16.10/hour plus Benefits

Job Summary: To assist the store management in daily management responsibilities.

Direct Reports: Store Associates

Essential Job Functions:

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/contributor service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, and balancing cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct store monthly safety inspections with the Store Manager to identify hazards.
• Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills.
• Attend training as required.
• Abide by policies and procedures set by the agency.
• Review and familiarize with safety policies, attend safety training, and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service/relations experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Work Environment: Climate-controlled retail environment, exposure to airborne particles, extreme temperatures, and moderate noise. Availability during operating hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
