Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations during shifts and provide coverage when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are away. You will guide team members, ensure smooth operations, and support merchandising and guest assistance on the sales floor.

The role includes overseeing receiving, stocking, and display building, while delivering quality guest service. A strong, proactive leader who can drive daily store goals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team on shift.
• Strong guest service skills and problem solving.
• Familiarity with stocking, merchandising, and display building.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to policies and prepare products for the floor.
• Stock shelves, break down deliveries, build displays, greet guests, and assist them in finding items.
