Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in Evans City, PA. This entry-level role trains the employee to become an Assistant Manager, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and staff development.

You will cover shifts, handle transactions, and ensure clean, organized store presentation. Expect to work one to two weekends per month in leadership capacity, with adherence to company policies and health/safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
