Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in Mechanicsburg, PA to support daily store operations and train toward an Assistant Manager role. This entry-level developmental position involves learning supervisory tasks while collaborating with the Store Manager and district leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, guiding merchandise presentation, operating the POS system, stocking shelves, and handling cash with accuracy. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the POS/cash register with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage shelving and backroom areas.
• Maintain store with Health Department rules and safety policies.
• Handle cash responsibilities and daily transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
