Coborn's is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director. You’ll oversee merchandise receiving, stocking, and merchandising setup while ensuring guests receive friendly assistance and service on the floor.

• Provide leadership coverage and operational oversight in the Store Director/Assistant Director absence
• Receive merchandise according to policies and prepare products for floor merchandising
• Efficiently break down deliveries and stock shelves, build displays with packaged goods
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in locating items
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth shift operations
