Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager in Michigan to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable.

You will supervise receiving, prepare merchandise for the floor, stock shelves, and build displays while greeting guests and helping them locate items. The role requires guiding team members to ensure smooth operation during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Oversee receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, and prepare product for merchandising on the floor.
• Stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the sales floor while assisting them in finding items.
