Job summary

Leads, coaches, and reinforces company culture and performance expectations with associates.
Assists in training new associates and documents policy violations when needed.
Ensures department standards are met and maintains stock, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Provides excellent guest service and resolves service or product issues.
Maintains daily responsibilities while supporting management and preparing associates for advancement.
