GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Wisconsin. You will support the Store Manager, supervise cash handling, customer service, and daily operations across second or third shift to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll coach staff, cover shifts when needed, manage inventory, merchandising, and scheduling, and help drive sales. This role rewards reliability, team leadership, and a path to store management with weekly pay and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Open availability for weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as store manager when the manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump area.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
