Job summary

KwikFill is hiring for an entry-level Shift Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistants in daily operations at the Youngsville, PA location. You will greet customers, recommend products, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.

The role involves regular weekend management during absences, with potential growth toward an Assistant Manager position. High school diploma required; prior c-store experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise.
• Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities.
• Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department rules.
• Follow all security and safety policies and procedures.
• Account for all shift and daily transactions.
• Present a neat and clean appearance.
