Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise across gondolas, shelving, counters, and backroom storage areas.
• Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and health department rules; clean and stock shelves and restrooms.
• Handle cash and daily transactions; be responsible for cash and inventories in manager's absence.
• Report shortages or overages to the Store Manager immediately.
