A leading restaurant chain is seeking a Restaurant Leader in Port Isabel, Texas. This role involves coaching and training Team Members to ensure outstanding customer service and compliance with company policies. Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience at Church’s. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
