Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves training and coaching Team Members, enforcing safety procedures, and managing daily restaurant activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and food safety training, along with strong leadership skills.
Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations
Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with the proper coaching, training, and development necessary to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church’s. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
