Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring team members receive proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
• Oversee and assist team members in their duties.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and preparation.
• Lead by example with professional and ethical behavior.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance of staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Accurately complete sales reports, bank deposits, and inventory forms.
• Manage inventory and payroll data in the POS system.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program.
