Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members on shift to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
3. Assign and oversee job activities of Team Members.
4. Assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
6. Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as per Shift Awareness Checklists.
8. Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
9. Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
10. Ensure punctuality of all employees for shifts.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Report, Bank deposit slips, Cash and Inventory worksheets, ensuring accuracy.
• Enter inventory and payroll into the POS system as required.
• Ensure nightly POS system closedown.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
