Job Details

Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations

Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring Team Members on shift receive proper coaching, training, and development to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Supervise and assist Team Members in their activities.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensure on-time attendance of all employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, manage inventory, and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system shutdown procedures.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
