Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members on shift to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
• Oversee job assignments and activities of Team Members.
• Assist in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures for food preparation, handling, and storage.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors and ensure attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete required reports and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and POS system entries.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
