Position Overview

Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members on shift to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assign and oversee activities of Team Members.
• Assist in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
• Ensure punctuality of all employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete required reports and ensure accuracy.
• Manage inventory and payroll entries in POS system.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
