Position Details

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring Team Members receive proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversee and assist Team Members in their activities, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per the Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors and ensure employee punctuality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications & Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, bank deposits, and other shift documentation accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into the POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system shut-down and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
