Job Overview

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Summary: Lead restaurant operations, coach and train Team Members, ensure excellent customer service, and comply with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
2. Prepare and serve menu items according to standards.
3. Assign tasks and oversee activities of Team Members.
4. Assist in food preparation, service, and restaurant cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety policies.
6. Perform opening and closing duties as per checklists.
7. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
8. Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
9. Ensure punctuality of staff for shifts.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Skills and Requirements

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, manage cash and inventory forms accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system.
• Ensure correct nightly POS system closeout.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program.
