Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring leader, is seeking a Shift Leader III to support daily manufacturing operations through leadership, training, and operational expertise. You will back up supervisors, drive safety and quality, and develop team members for future supervisory roles.

The role requires at least one year of related manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience in Twisting and/or Heatset preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness for supervisory development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Backup department supervisors, providing leadership during absences and training.
• Coach and develop employees, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Participate in leadership development and succession planning.
• Provide cross-shift leadership coverage as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and production training when needed.
• Perform production, quality and operational support duties to meet goals.
• Identify safety, quality, and maintenance concerns and escalate to leadership.
• Promote safe, productive work environment and proper PPE use.
